Dr. Lofton is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor and Resident Physician at Flourish Family Medicine. A Texas native, she received a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She later relocated to Seattle, where she graduated from Bastyr University with a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Lofton thrives when engaging with her community and is involved with community health initiatives and volunteer organizations around Seattle.

Dr. Lofton proudly identifies as a BIPOC provider and advocates for diversity and health autonomy for people of all backgrounds, genders, body types, and physical ability levels. Dr. Lofton views health from a holistic lens and enjoys working with patients of all ages and supporting them through various phases of life. Incorporating both evidence-based natural medicine and modern clinical science together, Dr. Lofton’s approach to care aims to provide each patient with personalized care and address the root cause of symptoms. Dr. Lofton’s integrative approach includes naturopathy, herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, physical medicine, counseling, hydrotherapy, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, and more.
